boys vs girls

So the kids are playing in Rachel's room, barbies, and here is the what I heard:
Rachel "would you like to dance?"
Matthew "no...I don't really like dancing."
R "oh, well I am getting married tomorrow. Are you getting married tomorrow?"
M "no....I am getting married next Friday."
R "wanna kiss?"
M "eeeewww NO!. That's gross."
R (giggling) "kisskisskisskiss"
M "gross!Ewww! KNOCK IT OFF!"
(Let me make this clear, the BARBIES were having this conversation)
LOL!
It is super sweet though that he actually plays with her, and visa versa

Another funny anectote:
I was asking Rachel who she wanted to be for Halloween and suggested Cinderella. Her response was "but who is going to be my prince?" "Who will I marry?" "Who will dance with me?" "who will catch me if I fall on my dress?" And in her child innocence suggested her friend from church be her prince (her friend is a girl). LOL.
So of course we settled on Tinkerbell. No missing prince needed.

When I suggested Matthew be a Jedi for Halloween seeing as he got an awesome lightsaber for his birthday (thank you in part to Grandma Great) He said no. Surprised I asked why not. "Because Jedi aren't scary". He is going as the Grim Reaper and he even made his own scythe.
